Creamy Coconut Margarita

Makes 1 Margarita

  • Mint

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice, plus lime zest for garnish

  • 1 ounce triple sec

  • Squeeze of light agave syrup

  • Ice

  • 2 ounces full-fat coconut milk

  • 2 ounces tequila

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint with the lime juice, triple sec and agave. Add ice, coconut milk and tequila. Shake for 20 seconds and strain over an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with lime zest and more mint and enjoy!
