Creamy Coconut Margarita
Makes 1 Margarita
Mint
1 ounce fresh lime juice, plus lime zest for garnish
1 ounce triple sec
Squeeze of light agave syrup
Ice
2 ounces full-fat coconut milk
2 ounces tequila
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint with the lime juice, triple sec and agave. Add ice, coconut milk and tequila. Shake for 20 seconds and strain over an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with lime zest and more mint and enjoy!
